Experience isn’t something
you can buy off the shelf.

When Albert Oberst started ISG in 1988, he set out to build a company that was “committed to excellence.” He wanted to provide a safe, fair, and stimulating environment for employees to work and thrive in, while offering customers an uncompromising level of quality and value.

Albert has passed on his commitment to a growing team of associates who take great pride in their work and their service to ISG’s customers. To this day, Team ISG maintains a reputation for being problem solvers, and for their commitment to seeing large and complex projects completed on time and within budget.

Employee Spotlight

Danny Reeder

Team Leader, Final Assembly

Other than ISG’s original founder and current President Albert Oberst, Danny Reeder is the most tenured employee in the company. Starting at ISG nearly 29 years ago, Danny sets an uncompromising standard for attention to detail, and an overall commitment to producing only the highest-quality product. He has served the company in a number of capacities, including shop and installation foreman. Currently working as the Team Leader in our Final Assembly Department, he directs the team responsible for providing the ultimate assurance that the product has reached a level of perfection before it is loaded on a truck. Beyond the contributions of Danny himself, the Reeder family is also one of the reasons we can proudly call ourselves a “family business.” Danny’s son, Chris, now works in the CAD department. Thanks to Danny for 29 years of unparalleled service to ISG!
